<How to make miso soup>
- First, you make a base soup called "dashi" which is the base of "umami". We use bonito flakes.
- Put ingredients in the base soup.

We made miso in our shop. Miso is a Japanese fermented soybean paste. After the soybeans are steamed, we crushed and mixed soybean with some salt, then fermented for several months with rice, barley or soybeans themselves malts. Miso is rich in protein and several essential amino acids.
